SNIPES is back and making major moves on HBCU campuses this fall! The streetwear giant is taking its Pay It Forward legacy to the next level—mixing culture, community, and campus pride at schools like Norfolk State, Hampton, and Morehouse.

Since launching Pay It Forward in 2022, SNIPES has invested in scholarships, mentorship programs, and real opportunities for HBCU students. This year, they’re stepping it up with the Campus Changemakers Program, a collab with Culture Creators Agency that’s all about connecting streetwear and student leadership.

Campus Changemakers — Where Culture Meets Opportunity

Through the Campus Changemakers initiative, selected students at schools like Spelman, Hampton, and Morehouse get to become true brand leaders — organizing events, building community, and learning what it takes to thrive in the fashion and sneaker world. It’s not just about throwing great events (though there’s plenty of that); it’s about gaining real-world skills, mentorship, and access to career paths that go far beyond graduation day.

"Our work with HBCUs goes far beyond a campaign — it’s a commitment. We’re here to celebrate and empower the next generation of leaders while honoring the culture that shaped us.“

Kelley Walton, SNIPES USA’s Chief Marketing Officer — and a proud HBCU grad herself — summed it up perfectly:

“Our work with HBCUs goes far beyond a campaign — it’s a commitment. We’re here to celebrate and empower the next generation of leaders while honoring the culture that shaped us.”

The HBCU Merch Drop

This season, they’re dropping an exclusive Pro Standard x SNIPES collection that celebrates nine iconic HBCUs — including Clark Atlanta, FAMU, Morehouse, Hampton, Norfolk State, Howard, Cheyney, Southern A&M, and Lincoln University of Pennsylvania.

The lineup features satin jackets, hoodies, and tees that let you show school pride in true streetwear fashion. Even better? A portion of every purchase goes right back into scholarship funds at the same schools.

The brand’s presence on HBCU campuses continues to grow, connecting style, purpose, and authenticity in a way that resonates with students nationwide.

So whether you’re hitting the Yard, grinding through finals, or catching vibes at the next campus activation — SNIPES is here to keep you inspired, connected, and looking fresh while you pay it forward.
