Christina Royster is the Project Manager for HBCU Week NOW, where she leads creative direction and manages web, digital, and communications initiatives designed to drive meaningful—and measurable—online growth. She is also the Founder and Agency Principal of Big Media Agency, an integrated marketing communications firm specializing in web design, search optimization, digital marketing, public relations, and social media strategy.

Christina is a proud alumna of the third largest HBCU, Morgan State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Writing for Television. She launched her professional journey as a Creative Associate with The Walt Disney Company, then moved into Hollywood television as a situation comedy writer, contributing to shows including Sister, Sister and For Your Love. In parallel, she built a strong editorial career as an award-winning journalist, writing for respected platforms such as Baltimore City Paper, BlackAmericaWeb, and AOL Black Voices, among others.

Today, she brings together strategic marketing leadership and proven storytelling to help organizations grow brand recognition, elevate engagement, and turn mission into momentum.
