Spelman College, a leading historically Black college for women in Atlanta, has achieved a milestone with seven co-valedictorians in the Class of 2026—the highest number in the institution’s history. All seven graduates maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA throughout their undergraduate studies, embodying excellence in academics, leadership, and community impact.
The group, affectionately known as “The Spelman Seven,” includes Alexis Sims, Nia-Sarai Perry, Cori’Anna White, Aiyana Ringo, Alyssa Richardson, Sophia Davis, and Mariama Diallo.
